Olivieri– Loretta’s parents owned Olivieri’s from 1968-1990. It was located in upstate New York in the small town of Owego. Loretta was a waitress at her parent’s restaurant for 20 years.

Family recipes– Loretta’s parents had great food at their restaurant. Loretta’s mother was very proud of her
desserts. O’Leander Café keeps the memories alive with their great food and delicious desserts,
some recipes from Loretta’s family’s restaurant. And just like mom, Loretta makes wonderful desserts.

Family and Friends– It felt like home to eat at Loretta’s family’s restaurant. Like Loretta’s dad, when you eat at O’Leander Café, Loretta, her husband, and the wait staff greet you and treat you like family.

OLeander Café opened October 22, 2005. The name “O' Leander” has several special meanings to Dave and Loretta. Loretta liked the way it sounded similar to her family’s name Olivieri. Loretta loves OLeanders and has them planted around the café. And of course, the café is located in Ole Towne Leander.

Carrying on the traditions - Dave and Loretta have 5 sons Scott, Charles, Christopher, Tony and Trevor. 3 of those sons work for O’Leander.Christoper (C.J.) and Tony are chefs and Scott helps with delivery and mechanical maintenance issues.
